MARNYS® Guaramar is a food supplement formulated with a 4:1 concentrated powder extract of Guarana seeds (Paullinia cupana). Each vegetable capsule provides 500 mg of Guarana, standardised to a minimum caffeine concentration of 10%.

The official MARNYS page states that the extract is produced at a 4:1 concentration, meaning 4 kg of Guarana seeds are used to obtain 1 kg of extract.

Directions for Use

Take 2 capsules, 1–2 times daily, preferably before the main meals.

Vegetable capsule: Hypromellose.

Important Information

Contains caffeine. The current main MARNYS product page specifies 100 mg caffeine per 2 capsules / 200 mg per 4 capsules. It is not recommended for children or pregnant women. MARNYS also advises against use during breastfeeding.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not replace a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
