MARNYS® Lavender Essential Oil is a 100% pure, natural and chemotyped essential oil obtained from the flowering tops of Lavandula angustifolia by steam distillation. It is not denatured or mixed with other oils, helping preserve the natural characteristics of the essential oil.

Culinary Uses

Its characteristic lavender flavour makes it suitable for adding a distinctive aromatic touch to foods and beverages. MARNYS particularly recommends combining it with herbal teas such as Chamomile, Pennyroyal, Aniseed, Mint, Lemon Balm, Lime Blossom and Purple Passionflower.

Lavender is also traditionally included in the French aromatic herb mixture Herbes de Provence, together with herbs such as rosemary, thyme, basil and savory. It can also be used to flavour cakes and other sweet recipes, including honey and lavender cake.

Lavender Essential Oil (Lavandula angustifolia flower oil).

How to Use

Dilute 1–2 drops in 250 g of food or drink, such as juice, tea or salad.

Use a maximum of 3 times daily.
