How to Prepare the Mouthguard

1. Pour boiling water into a container. When the water temperature drops to approximately 70°C, place the mouthguard in the water for about 20 seconds, holding it by the special handle.
2. Remove it from the water and carefully place it over the upper teeth. Bite down so that it takes the shape of your teeth. Press the mouthguard with your fingers to remove trapped air and achieve a better fit.
3. After 1–2 minutes, remove it from your mouth and immerse it in cold water for 2–3 minutes, or allow it to cool naturally.
4. Once cooled, use scissors to trim any excess material at the back and remove the fitting handle for a more comfortable fit.
