MARNYS® Lipohelp is a food supplement formulated for cardiovascular health and the maintenance of a normal lipid profile. According to the official MARNYS site, it combines Red Yeast Rice, Milk Thistle, Black Pepper, Acerola, Pectin, Policosanol, Citrus Bioflavonoids, Lycopene and Coenzyme Q10.

Important Information
The official MARNYS instructions state that 3 mg or more of monacolins from red yeast rice should not be consumed per day. Lipohelp should not be taken by pregnant or breastfeeding women, people under 18, or adults over 70. It should also not be combined with cholesterol-lowering medication or other products containing red yeast rice. Anyone with a health condition should consult their doctor before use.
